Class

Abigail loved ballet today! She listened really well and tried to do everything Miss Allison asked. She is ready to go again tomorrow, but I told her she'd have to wait until next week!

Ballet

Abigail starts her first dance class tomorrow evening. I'm not sure who is more excited...me or her! Taylor is going to be in class with her, so that makes it even better. It's amazing how fast they grow up!

Movies

We've figured out that Studio Movie Grill has a children's movie every Saturday at 10:59. Each movie is for every Saturday in the month, but it's only $2.00 to get in. This past Saturday we went to see a Care Bears movie with Auntie Dee. Good times were had by all!!

Dallas Auto Show

Last night was Date Night for Eddy and me. We went to Hard 8 BBQ for dinner and ate outside. After a quick stop at Target, we headed to the Dallas Auto Show. We go every year and have so much fun! It's great to be able to sit in so many different cars at one place and never get hassled. Below are just a few pics of the many cars we tried out!

February...is it already gone??

If it weren't for my best friend Dee nagging me I'm not sure this blog would ever get updated. I mean the days fly by and our computer is so slow. Or the old one that is. February brought us our very first Mac, and we love it! Lots of other things happened in February as well. We took a trip to visit the Beardens. And we drove...the whole 10 hours! It was actually not a bad drive, and it was totally worth it. We had so much fun wit the Bearden family, as always. And I never want to leave...or I want to bring them back with me, either would be awesome! Below is a picture of Abigail holding baby Lila. She did love that little baby girl, but she also loved playing with Jonah, Noah, and Emma!

Another thing that happened in February was the return of Chopstick. When Abigail was about 6 months old we thought it would be best for Chopstick to live with some friends. It just seemed like too much at the time. Well, those friends decided to move to California and they couldn't take him with them. Of course I couldn't let him go anywhere other than home with us!

Abigail has become the dress up queen. She loves it. Her first goal when getting home every day is seeing how quickly she can put up her dress up clothes. I'm not sure when this picture was taken, but I love it!

Then, on the 21st of this month, our beautiful girl turned 3. THREE...already?? How does that happen?? She had a Dora the Explorer birthday and had 7 friends come to celebrate with her. She got so many new and wonderful toys that she still has trouble deciding what to play with first!

And as mentioned before we had some wonderful friends move to California. I think they will love it out there, and we will definitely visit as soon as possible. We wish them the best and will miss them so much! Below is Uncle Brent and Abigail.

Daddy & Daughter

So, I haven't fallen off the face of the Earth...just haven't made time to update in a while, so I decided that when I finally did it had to be a super fun post! The other night Eddy was playing with Abigail in her room. I decided to check in on them and see what they were up to. This is what I found:There are lots of interesting things going on her. First Eddy looks totally hot...as in hot mess! But it's awesome that he's really getting into it with her. Of course, if and when he finds out I posted theses pics he's gonna kill me! It's hard to see, but there is a fabulous bow headband on his head as well.
Lastly, my beautiful daughter...who has on no shirt. She loves to dress up everyday, but apparently when you dress up it doesn't ever include a shirt. We've discussed it, but she doesn't care and we are at home, so I figure I'll just let it go for now and let her enjoy it while she can!!

Saturday Fun

Saturday was a great day, busy but great! We started with the Children's Parade downtown Dallas. It didn't start until 10, but we got there around 7:30. Crazy yes, but worth it for the front row seats. Katie and Taylor went with us and the girl's were troopers. It was definitely freezing outside. The parade rocked though...Macy's Thanksgiving Parade is next! After lunch we headed to Palestine to ride the train with my brother Andy and his family. The theme was The Polar Express. We all had a wonderful time, but Abigail and Hunter really enjoyed it!

Here comes Barney! This was Abigail's favorite character in the parade.

This was after the parade. We had officially been there 4 hours, so the girls had gone a bit goofy on us!

Waiting to board The Polar Express.

Abigail and Hunter dancing and singing with one of the ladies on the train. They both had the bells Santa gave them and were having a blast!
